Hi guys very busy period here at RK, time for an update! 2 awesome albums coming out. Long awaited Brighton's deep funk sensation BABY CHARLES debut (17/3) and the new US superstar DIPLOMATS OF SOLID SOUND 5th album (14/4) produced by funk guru LACK OF AFRO. We have a new single from NYC Afro-Funk monsters KOKOLO AFROBEAT ORCHESTRA (24/3) a massive cover of Duran Duran's hit Girls on film. Thanks to a collaboration with our friends at Afrocats we present 4 1976 crossover-soul hidden gems from FLOYD LAWSON and the Hearts of Stone (April) ...massive! On our sublabel Soulful Torino Records we will release the wicked ITALIAN SPIDERMAN movie soundtrack (7/4), don't miss the trailer here. RK mate FRANK POPP is compiling the new volume of Let's BOOGALOO (TBA) and we have a new SoulShaker volume coming out next autumn.
