Southern UK boys The Baker Brothers have been rocking dance floors far and wide for nearly 10 years now. With 7 albums, 2 full length live DVDs and numerous other releases under their collective belt, this outfit can certainly be considered one of the most productive in the contemporary funk & soul scene. The band has toured extensively throughout Europe and Japan, and supported legends such as Sly and The Family Stone, Jools Holland and John Schofield, as well as working alongside vocal talents such as Average White Band's Hamish Stewart, London soul divas Vanessa Freeman (Reel People) and Katie Holmes, and UK percussion legend Snowboy.

When performing live The Baker Brothers deliver an explosive, killer funk show. Their infectious, raw beats and bass lines underpin edgy melodic section horns and soulful, winding vocals. Over their consistently prolific career the band have gained critical acclaim by the likes of Mr. Scruff, DJ Muro, Keb Darge, Florian Keller and ?uestlove from The Roots, as well as a steady following worldwide. On their seventh, and latest album, The Baker Brothers put together 16 tracks of fresh material ranging from modern soul to jazzed-out grooves, crunchy beats and straight-up funk. The wait is finally over, new full-length "Time To Testify" is out now and it's gonna be BIG!
