This new track by the Crabs is produced by the legendary Nick Welsh aka King Hammond, a true hero of the UK reggae scene that has written for, played with and produced artists such as Bad Manners, The Selecter, Prince Buster, Dave Barker, Laurel Aitken, Judge Dread, Rhoda Dakar & Rico Rodriguez, amongst others. On this new 45 Nick puts his own twist on the Hancock classic, slowing down the pace and imbuing the track with a laidback, almost dub atmosphere; fire indeed!
